1. Return Period: Alanduo offers a 15-day return period from the date the customer receives the item. During this period, customers can return unused, undamaged items with original tags and packaging.
2. Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, i.e., unworn or washed and free of damage, wear, or odor. All accessories, gifts, and original packaging should also be returned.
3. Return Shipping: If the return is due to Alanduo's error (such as sending the wrong item, product defect, etc.), we will bear the return shipping cost. If it is due to the customer's personal reasons (such as change of mind, size not suitable, etc.), the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
4. Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm that it is eligible for return, we will immediately process the refund. The refund will be refunded using the original payment method, and the processing time may vary depending on the different payment platforms.
5. Exchange Option: If the customer wishes to exchange the item instead of a refund, Alanduo provides an exchange service. Customers can indicate the item and size they want to trade in their return request, and we will arrange for the shipment of the new item as soon as possible.
6. How to initiate a return: Customers need to log in to their account or contact our customer service department by email to initiate a return. We will provide a return guide and a return authorization number. Please only return the item directly with authorization.
